Contracting is responsible for the design and installation of systems, from small contracts to large multi-million pound, multi-site projects.
We employ a dedicated and committed team of professionals with the skills to handle all types of project, from new build through to occupied refurbishment.
We have a directly employed team of more than 175 skilled and trained individuals, bringing together significant experience in and understanding of all aspects of building services.
Our service is designed around the drive to achieve a real understanding of exactly what our customer requires and how the building is to be used. Achieving this level of understanding ensures we provide relevant, targeted services and guarantees that our customers enjoy an end product which meets all their needs.
In 2007, Mitton was one of the first organisations in the country to be registered with BESCA, the authorised Competent Persons scheme covering commercial work under the new Building Regulations Parts F – Ventilation and L – Energy Efficiency. The aim of the scheme is to implement government policy to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
