Building Services Aftercare Division
The
Aftercare division has been built
on the back of the success of mechanical contracting. As a responsible contractor
we believe that the service should extend after the project is complete
and that Aftercare instills a higher level of confidence in the client.
We have a full team of dedicated and experienced service engineers who
are supported by first class back office systems. All our gas engineers
are CORGI registered and ACS training is undertaken by the whole team
on an ongoing basis. In addition to this a number of our engineers are
trained to the latest edition of the IEE regulations.
Mitton have worked on a national basis for over twenty five years, operating
from our head office in Bradford but the increase in workload of the Aftercare
Division has led to us regionalising the team to enable us to better serve
our customers.
Following a great deal of research and evaluation we identified that in
order to cut call out times and improve our levels of service there was
a need to expand the building services aftercare operation and ensure that engineers are
based in the parts of the country where our main clients have premises.
The result has been to divide the country into three distinct areas with
an area manager and a team of service engineers in each region. Each area
has a regional base with all calls being forwarded directly to the engineer
on call. This will enable a first hand assessment of the call out problem
ensuring that a swift response, with the correct spares where necessary,
can be made.
We are confident that our restructuring of the Aftercare
Division will enhance and improve the service that we can provide
and ensure that the needs of our ever increasing list of Aftercare
customers is met.
